This movie was fantastic!! I love it when lesser know heroes get the spot light. The movie is simply gorgeous! The acting is on point. Even substituting the master for the person they used was a stroke of genius and courage. Add it to your collection!!

I am a huge comic fan from the 60's on. I could not wait to see how the movie treated the origin of Dr. Strange. They did a top notch job and thru in a few curves I did not see coming. Well worth the watch. Must own for any Marvel Movie Collector. :)

Didn't think I was going to like it but when I watched it I couldn't believe how much I enjoyed it and I knew it was going to buy the DVD when I came out it hold you there it's different something that you will never think on your own it's just amazing

Excellent initial story for those unfamiliar with Dr. Strange. Gives good explanation of who he was and how he becomes a power in the Marvel mystical universe. The effects are incredible, even on a smaller screen. Good storyline for a comic book movie.

Doctor Strange is amazing! I was blown away by this movie. It's one of my favorite movies of 2016! The SteelBook is awesome, and there are a lot of great special features. Also, there's a hilarious special feature with Thor and his roommate. Hilarious!

The more Marvel starts moving into it's fringe characters, which many people may not be familiar with, the more the risk is there for a dud to occur. Thankfully this was not the case with Doctor Strange. Great casting and a fun watch, highly enjoyable.

As always, every Marvel Blu-ray is of the highest quality for image and sound, the special features are decent and the streaming copy comes works on all major platforms. Overall a great deal, not to mention this is another fantastic Marvel origin story

Another great start and incorporation into the Marvel Universe. You will not be disappointed in this as it fits in perfectly with all the Marvel happenings and will keep you up to date on the Marvel Universe. Highly recommended.

The resolution is every bit of 4k. But I cannot stop there, the colors in this movie are stunning. They are brilliant and successfully cause the images to pop more. Enjoy if you purchase this in 4k.

I bought both versions of this steelbook. Best Buy is the only place that had them. If you can find them buy them. If you cant still buy the movie. Found at other stores but Best buy was best price by far when i bought regular blu ray for a friend.

Dr. Strange is the best Marvel release to me. It's visual qualities and CGI are just top notch. Throughout the movie you're just mesmerized by the different mind tricks that are being played. Story-line keeps you interested and attentive.

This movie was clearly a chance to ride the Marvel train. Full of interesting/fun special effects, with a few funny moments tossed in to lighten the mood. Also, you have Eggs Benedict Cumberbund. Do I really need to add another reason to see it?

I pretty much enjoy "Marvel" so I decided to buy this highly positive rated movie. The 3D effects are superb but the movie didn't do that much for me. If you like the movie and are unsure of which version to buy (2d or 3d), I'd definitely recommend the 3D version. Mind you, I bought it on sale for only $5 over the regular bluray version.

Dr. Strange did not disappoint at all. It stayed faithful to the original story for the most part and the casting/ special effects were right on. The casting of Benedict Cumberbatch as Dr. Strange was especially well done! I thought the movie was 5/5.

This story was such a breath of fresh air from the rest of the MCU. No special suits (well, yeah, the cape, but...), no focus on artillery and explosions, etc. Acting was solid and special Fx were absolutely amazing. 3D is a must if you have the tech.

Hats off to the choice of casting for this new entrant to the Marvel universe of heroes. Tremendously well acted, and CGI was appropriate for the story; not overwhelming, not too little; but just right. Outstanding title for your Marvel collection.

Dr Strange is your standard Marvel cinematic universe movie. If you like the other Marvel stuff you'll probably like this. In 3D the effects are particularly fun as so much of the movie revolves around the visuals and they are all very otherworldly.

Benedict Cumberbatch gives us an emotional and fun version of Dr Strange that we did not know we wanted. Not sure if Marvel would pull it off, and yet they did it again! The Dr's order is to take 1 Blu ray now and watch it again in the morning!

This was the last movie I needed to complete my MCU 4K collection and the movie looks great in 4K. The whole collection also looks really nice on my shelf with all the matching metallic slipcovers.

The movie itself isn't really the value here--it's the Atmos soundtrack. If you're looking for a disc to test your sound, this is a perfect option to give it a whirl.
