The Blu-ray set was well packaged, no loose parts or anything. The DVDs came out of the case without any issues as well. As for reviewing the movie itself, it's MCU, so you know it's going to be good. In this case it's really Iron Man (egocentric genius looses everything and finds himself at the end) on acid.

When Civil War released in September in 2016, I thought the artwork was amazing. But his Doctor Strange cover is awesome because it is made out of plastic. I think more movies should be released like this! This movie is awesome as well because it comes in 3 formats and for an awesome price! worth every penny!!!

This movie was great. I saw it in theaters and has so much detail i had to buy it and watch it again. The 3d is pretty good, there are a few complex scenes that impressed my family. When it comes to the extras tho, including the lenticular...it's not so impressive. It's pretty vanilla, whereas the movie is not.

I saw Doctor Strange in the theaters five times (3 times in 3D) and knew I just had to own the movie. The casting, acting and special effects are perfection. When I heard about the Steelbook I immediately preordered it with the 3D version included. The Steelbook case is attractive and sturdy. I love this movie!

Another home run for Marvel. I wasn't sure when this move was released if I'd like it or not, wasn't very familiar with Doctor Strange, but I was blown away! Loved this movie! The casting of Benedict Cumberbatch was brilliant! It was clearly a film made for 3D, but just as enjoyable watching in 2D. A must see!!

This is a solid movie released by Disney And Marvel. The story line is great and the special effects of the background cities and character abilities were fantastic. This movie will capture your attention and make you want to come back and watch it again. One the the more solid releases from the Marvel movies.

Dr. Strange could be the next series as for the special effects they were great. This brought me back to my childhood when I read super hero comics. Dr strange 2 would be good for kids and adults who want to go back to a better time when the world was in a better place or at so we thought so.

The movie itself is quite good. Marvel movies are always pretty great so it is no surprise. Great actors. Good story. Awesome all around. The steelbook package is also pretty nice. It is not my favorite steelbook but it has an interesting finish and some nice art. Definitely worth adding to the collection.

I'm a huge Marvel fan and gave throughly enjoyed the movies and tv shows for years - with Captain America being my favorite character and story line. But move over Cap and hello Dr. strange! This movie was extremely clean (violence and language wise) and Benedict TOTALLY owned the character. Loved this movie.

I had read other positive reviews about this movie but wanted to decide for myself. It was a lot of fun and certainly not a cookie cutter type Marvel story. The visuals were very cutting edge and the surround mix was pretty intense. My wife is not a superhero movie fan but even she was interested in this one.

Marvel Comics does it again with another fantastic rendition from comic to cinema. The special effects were awesome, but more importantly, the story was excellent and the actors and acting were superb. I was very glad to see that this came as both a Blu-ray and DVD combo, unlike some previous Marvel releases.

Continuing the Marvel Cinematic Universe with Dr. Strange. I have 3d and 4K so this movie was awesome to watch in 3D. Lot of items flying around and awesome special effects. I recommend any Marvel movies that are part of Disney because they all link together in some way. Make sure you watch after the credits.

I had seen this already but was catching my girlfriend up on the MCU films so I went out and just bought it. Even more fun on the second viewing. It's a similar origin to other stories we have seen but the visual effects are stunning and the acting is great even if the plot is pretty cookie cutter.

Perhaps I'm biased as Dr. Strange was one of my favorite characters. I found the use of 3d and the story line very well done. It certainly brings Dr. Strange into the Marvel World in a way that will keep us all entranced with the 7stones and their power-grabbers. Get ready, Avengers, Dr. Strange has arrived!

I like the imagination that went into integrating the special effects to the plot and the execution. Cast also kept me interested in watching, both heroes and villains. I've wanted to own in 4k UHD and it went on sale. It was time to buy.

I knew of Dr. Strange well before I watched this. However I wasn't sure about his origin and honestly I am not sure how close it matches the comic. I really enjoyed this movie, great performances from the cast and the visuals are amazing. Truly great use of CGI that doesn't take away from the movie at all.

Another great Marvel movie, Doctor Strange continues the marvel universe with this conceptual firework. It explores areas not yet seen in the Marvel universe continuing phase 3. It is a must watch for any comic book movie fan, as well it has probably one of the best looking steelbooks to come out this year.

This is how it all started. Gives a good ground floor understanding of the Dr. Strange character gets involved with other Marvel characters. Recommended for adult audiences.

Imagine my surprise, instead of the usual frenetic (and boring) non-stop action from the start, in finding a (relatively) slow-burn character development and lots of sly, self-deprecating humor. And fine acting to boot. And of course eventually lots of action and hyper-cgi. Best movie of its kind in ages.

This is a review of the 3D steel book version of the Dr. Strange movie from Marvel. I was hoping the packaging would be a bit cooler. IF you collect steel books, then it's a no brainer. If you think this looks like a really cool steelbook cover from the pictures, well, it is slightly raised, but otherwise not that impressive. The other 3D cover actually looks cooler (subjective of course) and if you store your blu ray's when not watching them, like most people, then the regular version of the cover is fine.
