What can I say? Great classic Disney. Julie Andrews and (male star) are great in this, and old school animation. I was unable to write out the male star of this movie’s full name because I got flagged for inappropriate language. How funny is that?

If you want to step back in time and experience this Disney classic, the blue ray version is the way to go. It takes the viewer back to the days of seeing this in the movie theaters. Get the movie theater popcorn going, a large soda in hand with a straw, dim the lights and crank up the surround sound and you'll have an amazing experience from long ago.

The movie Mary Poppins is a great movie. A new version of the movie is coming to theaters so we thought the family would like to view the original before seeing the new version. Best buy experience was exceptional. Customer representative was very helpful in assisting me as I tried to find the DVD.

I've been wanting to get Mary Poppins on DVD, but I'm glad I waited for this 50th anniversary edition. It came with free Movie Cash to see Saving Mr. Banks! To be honest I don't have a blu-ray player, but I'll get one eventually. Until then, I'll enjoy this classic movie from my childhood on DVD. Plus, the Disney movie rewards is always an added bonus.

The classic is finally on Blu Ray and you can enjoy it over and over again. I highly recommend what I call the companion movie, Savings Mr. Banks to add to your collection as well. A true classic that never goes out of style with great songs and overall good messages for the audience. You'll enjoy it!

I love this classic movie and it was a great buy with DVD, Blu-ray, and Digital formats all included! My niece and nephews said they had never seen Mary Poppins when they came to visit last month, so I had to buy it when I saw the great price! I can't wait until their next visit to share this movie with them!

The Mary Poppins Steelbook is very simple in design but is still a nice addition to any Disney library. The steelbook comes with a Blu-Ray and DVD copy as well as a digital code copy. The film comes with a lot of bonus features mixing new and old content.

Who doesn't love Julie Andrews singing about how much easier it is to clean your room if you just turn on the radio. Mary Poppins is a great family classic about the importance of the imagination of children in relation to the big wide world around them and the encompassing love found in the warm embrace of family.

Great movie! If you have not seen it, you need to go out right now and buy it or stream it or get your hands on it somehow. It is great for any child, adult, or family. The leading male (which I cannot mention due to the review content filters) and Julie Andrews are superb

What is not to like about Mary Poppins with the great Julie Andrews. This will bring back so much joy and happiness with all of your favorite songs like Spoon full of Sugar ect. Watch it with the whole family and don't forget to see the movie Mary Poppins coming out later this year.

The Blue Ray has a much improved picture over the standard DVD. Unfortunately, not all areas can not be enhanced. There are grainy areas but then this is an old film. If you have a large screen television say over 55 inches you will probably see the differences. If not, the just enjoy your regular DVD. It is just a great story.

Julie Andrews is great in this one. Similar to her role in Sound Of Music. No wonder it's been written as a stage play. Real characters throughout and even a scene of Disney's famous animation. It all works together and the movie deservedly won a lot of awards. A must-have classic Disney film.

Well, it's just a great movie with great players, and fun songs, and delightful dance. The picture quality and sound are fine, with very nice imaging on a good TV. It's Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

Absolutely delightful movie from beginning to end! Even when my grandkids aren't here I enjoy kicking back and getting lost in this movie. Actually purchased this one for my granddaughter's Easter basket - she thought the Easter Bunny was fantastic for bringing her Mary Poppins.

When the wind blows Mary Poppins to the Banks house, something wonderful is about to happen! Children, adults, and ages in between will enjoy the story, the acting and singing, and the way it is all put together into one grand movie that is not only fun but also teaches lessons about what is really important.

It's Marry Poppins y'all! If you liked the original movie then you'll like this. If you like behind the scenes kind of stuff you'll like this. If you don't like either then doing get it.

The restored film looks great! While there are not too many new features from the most recent DVD relelase, the sound and picture quality are greatly imporoved. There is also an interesting extra connecting the film to the current "saving Mr. Banks" film. Overall a classic and a must-have for all families!

Disney has been releasing classics (they call it vault) and Mary Poppins is no exception. This is a timeless tale of family and values with great acting and great music. I am quite happy that Disney chose to release this in Blu Ray format. This will provide countless hours of bonding with my daughters :)

A spoonful of Poppins is not enough. Between this version, the DVD on the Sherman Brothers who wrote the songs, and 'Saving Mr. Banks', there is plenty of history on why this is one of the hallmarks of the Disney Vault of great all-time films that will last for all generations.
