A Nice attempt sometimes to re-create the magic of the original but it does fall flat. A lot of talent packed in here but even that can't help it. Not my cup of tea .

Great seeing DVD (can't spell his name due to censors lol) and Angela Lansbury in this (and still alive in general), just wish the songs could have been a lot better.

It seems like the film makers were too busy being nostalgic instead of making us nostalgic. Still an okay movie though. Steelbook is nothing special.

As for the movie it was ok. I liked some of the songs. However, Emily Blunts take on Mary was a little strange. Now the Steelbook, it is very nice and glossy.

What can I say , it’s a kids flick . My children enjoyed it , I wasn’t a fan per say . It was decent enough I don’t think I will watch it again though .

Emily Blount does a good job, but this movie is all pomp and circumstance, and it does not come close to stepping out of the shadow of the original.

I absolutely love this version of Mary Poppins! It’s not a remake of the original, it’s a new and fun version inspired by the original classic. Emily Blunt plays a great Mary poppins and the acting is good all around. If you enjoy the original but want to see something a little different, definitely buy this movie!

What a hard tho g for a movie to accomplish... meet enormous expectations. This wasn’t as good as the original but it was still a good movie

Mary Poppins once again arrives when the family needs her most. She knows what they need but allows them to solve their family crisis by finding the answer themselves. At least she lets them think so! The kids adventures are amplified by pure imagination! The whole town works together in true friendship and support.

got this cause my wife wanted it she watched it and said it was not very good and wouldnt watch it again should of got it from redbox

Emily Blunt appears with an amazing, and refreshing take on the Mary Poppins character. Is an awesome family movie that also includes everything that you love about the actors within it. I can’t say this enough “buy the physical movie”! The viewing quality is ten times better than streaming any movie from a service.

Steelbook was good but no catchy songs. You can’t beat the Sherman brothers. Maybe will grow on me, but movie was not needed at all.

Happy to add this to my library, though a little disappointed with the actual movie plot. But sequels rarely do the original proud.

I was hoping for more. Emily blunt does a good job but other than that it is hard to replicate Mary poppies in the modern era.

A fine 4K presentation but the film cannot touch the original. Mediocre seems to be the word that bests describes this movie.

If you have not seen the original then this is a really good movie. But once you see the original, there is no comparison.

Unfortunately, nowhere near the charm of the original film. Songs are mostly forgettable. Story simply doesn’t engage.

The movie was ok. Not as good as the original. I don't mind musicals but this one seems to be one song after another.

It is no easy feat to top the original Mary Poppins starring Julie Andrews but Emily Blunt really did a great job molding into the role and adding her own finesse. It is definitely entertaining and second to the original but a movie must for our home library.

I didn't enjoy it near as much as the original with Julie Andrews. Glad I didn't pay to see it in the theater.
