Some movies just don’t need a sequel. It’s kind of confusing to start out and the theme just isn’t rocking it.

I expected something different- definitely a similar form as the original but lacks the character and charm

I was hoping for much more out of this film. It was weak in so many characters. I had trouble getting into it.

Hard to make a sequel of such a beloved classic, but I felt they did a very good job. My daughter loves it.

Overall I liked this sequel to the original Mary Poppins movie, which had to compete against high expectations. The story line was a little bit predictable at times and it took a some time to get use to the rougher side of Mary Poppins when she first met the children. An entertaining movie overall which got better with time.

Have to admit that we were disappointed in this version. Much prefer the original Mary Poppins.

It certainly wasn't the Mary Poppins I remember back in the 60's.. Give me Julie Andrews any day.

This movie can't hold a candle to the original, but it was still entertaining to watch.

We really had high expectations but this one fell short of living up to the first/original Mary Poppins. While meant as more of a sequel, it was slow moving in parts and much more dark. A bit disappointing for a Disney movie but especially for a Mary Poppins remake. Not a movie my family will probably ask to watch again.

It was an alright movie but just didn't compare to the original. It's worth seeing once.
