This item is OK I don't really care for it. There could have been a better bonus for purchasing it.

The stew book only comes with one disc section when the game has too disks other than that perfect

I ordered Mass Effect Legendary edition just for the steel book and it came dented

Beautiful case, but it the disc storage isn't great. Why isn't there two holders?

Its free so not really complaining. Its pretty but there is only place for one disc where there is actually 2 discs in the legendary collection, so cant really use.

Wonderful steelbook, but only has space for one disc, and the game has two discs for some systems! Kind of renders the case useless.

The artwork.is nice. Tge game us 2 discs (1 install.and 1 play). This case can only hold 1, which defeats the purpose of the case.

As the other review points out, this is a single-disc case designed to hold a game that ships with two discs. The art is nice and I always like a steelbook, but jeez. I got this as a free add-on to my pre-order, but I would be pretty angry if I'd paid $20 for it. Literally can't do the one job it has to do. What a miss.

The steelbook is nice, although it has room for only one disc... The reason for the 1 star is that I had pre-ordered day one but on the day of pick up, they had ran out of steelbooks. I had to come back a week later just to get my copy. Disappointed that I had to wait even though I pre-ordered.

Bestbuy ships it in an envelope with zero protection and it arrived extremely bent. Since it was included "free" with a purchase, there is no exchange available for it. I can return it and receive nothing. Great job, Bestbuy!

The steel book case was scratched inside the plastic.

I don't understand why the steelbook has only 1 DVD slot but the physical version of Mass Effect Legendary edition contains 2 discs (installation disc + game disc) ? What a poor design choice, especially because this item is for sure targeting collectors...

Never showed up. Screwed out of my free gift. I LOVE MASS EFFECT and always use Best Buy to get my MCU movies in Steelbook format. So perfect unity right??? Oh yeah, guess not. And nobody i call gives me a straight answer.

It looks nice and all but it’s literally useless. Holds only one disk for a two disk game. I guess if you’re just collecting anything ME it’s fine but honestly it’s a waste of material. This was clearly an afterthought item.

Holds only 1 disc for a 2 disk game. There is no way to add the plastic addon from the original case into the steelbook either.

This steelbook kind of sucks. The game contains 2 discs, but the steelbook comes with 1 prong meant for both discs. Should’ve been a double disc case on the interior.

Steelbook had some dents don't know if this copy was already like this or it happened through being shipped.
