Replaced Magnetron in 13 months, dead again

I have the matching suite of appliances for less than 3 years. Used by 1 adult and looks brand new. Microwave stopped working after 13 months, replaced magnetron, 12 months later same thing, except warranty does not cover service, I would have to pay over $300 out of pocket. Now I need replacement. Really want to like this microwave.

Black model scratches easily
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy in black! 3 microwaves delivered so far and each one is already severely scratched from the metal “10 year warranty” sticker. I think every unit will have this issue until Maytag finds a better way to secure the sicker.

Breaks in 18 months, Maytag knows this, no help

This microwave will break in about 18 months of use. It will not be usable and no one will be able to fix it except Maytag's own service team. 2. Maytag will charge you a pretty penny to repair this microwave. (Which you won't want to do because it'd make sense to buy new than to pay so much for a repair this will likely also last 18 months.) 3. MAYTAG KNOWS ABOUT THIS ISSUE but they deny that it exists. 4. See those many response from Maytag to email them about these problems and these negative reviews? Those are for show. They do not reply when you email them. I am leaving this extra review because Best Buy's "Post Comment" function is apparently not working.
