Had to go back to the store every purchase a new unit because the one that was sent to me was busted

We were looking for a replacement for the "premium" dishwasher we bought when our home was built. We wish we would have gotten this one in the first place.

This unit was to replace the Frigidaire unit that was one year old and did several thousand dollars of damage to my home because it was defective.

Great quality product. Order delivered and installed on time. Would definitely recommend this product.

Works fine just need to run the heat/dry cycle otherwise your dishes will be wet and do not dry even if you leave the door open

So far this appliance is meeting my expectations . The delivery is a whole other story. Please send me the promised gift card.

the dishwasher was installed quickly and runs like a dream. it looks good, it's easy to use and hopefully will last a long time.

This dishwasher is the best one we have bought. It cleans through pretty much the toughest messes and dries dishes really quick.

Great dishwasher but has a few design flaws. Mainly it is too short on top rack for larger cups.

Heard & seen many MayTag ads on how great their products are , so did not read the reviews. This washer keeps moisture and does not completely Dry out. Concerns me in regards to mold settlement on my dishes especially due to my busy work schedule. Also, does not allow one to simply dry without running the entire cycle again. It looked sleepless but was cumbersome & bulky fitting in the standard dishwasher space.

tried one with no heated dry had to return this machine is all they say it is quiet cleans great up there with best I owned

Quit operating at all 37 days after installation. Worked great up until that point. Attempted to schedule service three times with Maytag before finally getting a call 5 days later. Service scheduled for 12 days from last operation. Now it's wait and see.

This is the dishwasher if you are looking for high quality at an affordable price. As good or better than ones twice as much!

I enjoyed the whole process starting with the very helpful sales lady and ending with the quick and courteous installation team.

Dishwasher was delivered with very professional installers, they gave us tips and ideas on the unit to keep it going for years to come.

In general this dishwasher works well and it has a sanitize cycle which is what I wanted. However I feel that the racks could have been better designed. The little ledge that folds down for wine glasses isn't installed at the right height to serve that purpose and the area where glasses and cups would go is not wide enough for normal sized coffee mugs in a couple of key places. Also I realized too late that I should have gone for a model where you can fold down the wire prongs and place something like a bowl more easily.

It is performing well but takes longer to wash than expected. Dishes with severely dried on food need prerinsing

I am in property management, and I like this dishwasher so much it is the third one I have bought! (for different properties!)
