Ok Affordable Dishwasher
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this dishwasher as a replacement for an older dishwasher that stopped working. I choose this one mainly because of the price and promotion for free installation. Also it looked to have good reviews. I got the stainless steel model since it was on sale for the same price as the white and black. Overall appearance of the dishwasher is ok. I took off the stickers and even the Maytag emblem on the front which I thought looked a little out of place. The emblem came off pretty easy and did not leave any mark behind which was nice. I noticed the door panel on mine kind of pops in and out depending on the position. Not a big deal, but it is probably not supposed to do that. The door is kind of hard to open, but it is adjustable. Note, if you are going to adjust it, make sure to do it before it is installed. Space inside is ok but somehow it seems to have less space compared to my old dishwasher even though they are the same size. The top rack looks like it might be adjustable but this feature is only available on select models. The racks are a little difficult to move in and out and feel a bit wobbly. I tried the quick wash first which goes for about 1 hour. The noise level is quieter than my last dishwasher which is nice. You can still hear it from the next room, but it is not too bothersome. Dishes will take some time to dry after the quick wash. Overall the cleaning job was ok. The normal wash takes about 2 1/2 hours. It is supposed to use less water even though it runs longer. On this cycle, it does the heat dry option which helps dry the dishes but they were still a little wet after the wash. Some glasses on the top rack were still dirty and needed to be washed manually even after the normal wash. Overall I probably would not recommend this dishwasher unless you are on a budget and cannot find a better option in this price range. I also recommend seeing the dishwashers in store if possible to get a better understanding of them in person rather than just going by reviews online.

Best value for steal tub & quitness.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Relatively easy to install on my own. Buy the $20'ish install kit as well, you'll need it. I'm used to a door that clicks loudly or has a lever to securely close it, this has neither, so it takes some getting used to. If you open the door quickly to add a dish after you start it, you will get splashed by a jet. Other than that, it cleans perfectly, dries very well, runs smoothly & very quietly, & is metal inside & out except for some moving parts. We are both very pleased & it was a great value. The $15 removal of the packing materials & old dishwasher was a great value & very convenient. I'd give it 4.75 stars.

Works well but delivered damaged
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's been a quiet machine so far. Love the countdown timer. It doesn't alert you when it's done but I like that and it's not necessary since it has a timer. The door is pretty tight and has to be pushed all the way open but that might just be mine. The unit was delivered with some damage that seemed to not compromise the integrity but the top rack doesn't pull out smoothly and the door doesn't feel right. Considering a return.

Great dishwasher
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very sturdy dishwasher and runs really quiet. Long wash cycles but that seems to be the norm. Door stays closed pretty tight and it is a bit hard to pull open. Love it so far.

Good and Quite
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is a quite dishwater and we like that it cleans well. The only thing I can think of is that the door little hard to pull down and maybe it will be smoother over time. Also based on the setting for the dishwater, it could go beyond 2 hours sometimes operating which I find little strange but so far we are liking it and we like the fact that there is warranty on the drawers, which other dishwashers do not have. Happy with the purchase but I wish it could operate for a shorter period of time.
