    I am satisfied with my replacement dishwasher. The old one was the original (26+ years) and wasn't up to par any longer and was VERY noisy. My new one is much quieter and I really like the stainless inside and out. The only downside so far (I've had it a month.) is that the handles of the silverware have a film that has developed in the grooves. I've used the sample Cascade rinse aid but it hasn't helped.

    Had a new LG (3 years old?) that died on me. Had a repairman recommend Maytag. So far, I love it. Will see in a few years how reliable it is. Very quiet.

    Cleans well, very quiet and smudge proof finish is great. Definitely use rinse aid with the wash because it keeps the stainless interior spot free.
