I’ve had this washer for a month now and I couldn’t be happier. Although that was my same sentiment 1 month into my other 2 dishwashers but they didn’t end so well. Let’s hope this time is different

This dishwasher has turned out to be my WORST purchase in at least 10 years. Legitimately. Bought the dishwasher, installed it and during the first cycle, it stopped, flashed an error code and was leaking. It was very late, so we cleared the code, let the dw drain, ended the cycle and went to bed. That was the good part of the story. Woke up the next morning to find that the dishwasher, even though we had drained it AND shut it off - had leaked all night long. Our entire kitchen, dining, foyer and formal living room were soaked. And of course, it didn't end there - it also leaked into our basement. When I called Maytag, they told me to file a claim with our insurance company. That is NOT going to happen, after researching it, this dishwasher has issues with faulty inlet valves leaking - the inlet valve leaked all night and flooded our home. There are not enough words to express my anger and disappointment. I'm sure this doesn't happen to every single dishwasher Maytag makes and Best Buy sells, but since it's a known issue I can't figure out why they continue to sell these without changing the pumps.

This machine doesn’t really dry the dishes. I’m used to a kitchen aid and Bosch and I would say Defs a step below. But it was also cheaper

Stainless steel looks nice. A basic machine that’s easy to use.

A simple machine that does its job. The rack layout is workable. Plenty of room.

This unit was easy to install and has all the features I want. It works fine right out of the box.

Amazingly quiet, has lower profile inside so you have lots more room for pans on both levels.

This dishwasher works great. However, as a brand new dishwasher I do expect everything to come out clean the first time, and that is not always the case. Could be user error or just the dishwasher in general.

Very good washer with excellent cleaning capability. Love the 4-blade stainless steel chopper thats filters out then disposes of any food in its path.

washer works great. BB installation was quick and easy.

Good quiet dishwasher , easy to use. My husband installed it and was not a fan of the way you had to basically put it all the way in and then wire it in from the from in an awkward poistion .
