Everything about it is flimsy and cheap compared to my previous unit. Whoever designed the top rack has never used a dishwasher. Its designed so everyting falls over. The silverware rack feels like its going tobreak every time I pick it up. If this is the direction Maytag is going I will be switching brands.

Not Super Quiet but it is a good machine

We were disappointed that essentially there was no information on how was the best way to operate this dishwasher I.e. which buttons to use in what order to achieve best results, and a call to customer support was of no use.

I especially am pleased with the word "clean" showing up on the screen on the front of the dishwasher after the wash cycle is complete.

Will not purchase anything from bestbuy again!

It says its adjustable. Also, I have some Faberware steak knives which claim to be dishwasher safe and this machine removed a finish on the knives.
