Great dishwasher, and price. Does a really nice job of cleaning dishes but also drying them. Prior units failed at that so it definitely makes a difference for me. The features are fairly minimal but at the same time I don't need it to do more than wash and dry my dishes and it's highly recommended for that.

While this is new, so far, the dishwasher is reliable. Had problems with the installation - floor tiles were broken and installers just walked away.

Really enjoy it and it seems bigger that the old one but fits in the same spot.

So far so good, does a great job cleaning and no smelly food debris collecting in the bottom like with our last dishwasher.

The first dishwasher was broke on arrival and needed to be replaced. Best Buy was great in terms of customer service and rapid resolution. It’s disappointing that a brand new Maytag dishwasher was defective from the factory .

Appliance did not come with a user manual. On line user manual did not have my model number. That's no good.

Works fine when it does.. got 4 loads washed then lower arm came off. Took 3 weeks to get it fixed so we will see what happens now.

So far working great and a step up from having to hand wash all.

I hate it and miss my OLD real Maytag dishwasher. This new one first is dark inside so it's hard to see where to place things. Second, the rack is almost useless except for glasses and plates. The rack separations are so narrow and not wide enough for pots so they have to lay flat face down and take up a lot of room, some bowls have the same problem; the upper rack has shaped instead of flat channels, which make it hard to set anything down securely. And the worst thing is that it takes 2 hours and 43 minutes! to complete the "normal" cycle and the dishes have to be fully rinsed. The short cycle is useless as the dishes don't get clean or dry. So there you are and I'm stuck with it. Should have kept the old one, washed dishes in the sink and use the machine to drip them dry.
