So far so good, does a great job cleaning and no smelly food debris collecting in the bottom like with our last dishwasher.

Old dish washer worked better, this one wont drain ever. Its been down and not working for longer than its been working.

I bought this dishwasher and the extended warranty on October 20, 2021. It worked for about one week and I have been waiting for service (due to parts unavailability) since November 12, 2021. Best Buy does not provide service until manufacturers warranty is finished so you’re stuck with the Maytag service which is farmed out to your residentially closest independent service company. In this case, Paradise Service. They are interesting in that they don’t even need to actually see your broken appliance they can just deduce from warning code on malfunctioning machine what is wrong. They will then be able to tell you how they do not have that part but can order it and it will be two weeks before they can install the new part…unless of course there is an unforeseen problem like distribution chain backup due to conditions at local port authority. So, I can’t really tell you if this is a good product in the long run, as mine only briefly worked. Maybe someday it will work again. My fingers are crossed for this eventuality.

Only had for 4 months and have already had to replace parts. Dishes dont even get clean (and we always rinse before loading). Its been in error mode almost as much as its actually functioned over the last 3 months. 0/10

While this is new, so far, the dishwasher is reliable. Had problems with the installation - floor tiles were broken and installers just walked away.

So far working great and a step up from having to hand wash all.

The first dishwasher was broke on arrival and needed to be replaced. Best Buy was great in terms of customer service and rapid resolution. It’s disappointing that a brand new Maytag dishwasher was defective from the factory .

Appliance did not come with a user manual. On line user manual did not have my model number. That's no good.

Great dishwasher ! Installation crew were very knowledgeable and professional. After many delays without notice, we finally got it installed.

I hate it and miss my OLD real Maytag dishwasher. This new one first is dark inside so it's hard to see where to place things. Second, the rack is almost useless except for glasses and plates. The rack separations are so narrow and not wide enough for pots so they have to lay flat face down and take up a lot of room, some bowls have the same problem; the upper rack has shaped instead of flat channels, which make it hard to set anything down securely. And the worst thing is that it takes 2 hours and 43 minutes! to complete the "normal" cycle and the dishes have to be fully rinsed. The short cycle is useless as the dishes don't get clean or dry. So there you are and I'm stuck with it. Should have kept the old one, washed dishes in the sink and use the machine to drip them dry.

Very quiet! The only complaint that I have against this dishwasher, is that the cycles are long. I use the dishwasher once a week ( don't have many dishes to wash ), and a need to use the power scrub cycle.
