I returned it without ever using it because seen nothing but problems with the drain hose coming off.

Delivery/install has been canceled and reacheduled 8 times. Zero help from anyone. Hours wasted on the phone. Buy your appliances from somewhere competent if youre looking for delivery/install.

NO POWER CORD

Posted .Hello LisaLong, In purchasing extended service coverage from a third-party administrator, you are contracting with and delegating authority to that provider to administer service and/or maintenance for your appliance in lieu of the manufacturer.
Any decisions made by an extended service plan provider, in regard to continued repair of your product versus replacement or reimbursement, or in regard to the service provider used to perform appliance repairs, are at the sole discretion of that service plan administrator. Maytag has no jurisdiction over your service plan or its administrator.
Your comments have been documented in your customer file and are available for review should you need to contact Maytag at a future date. However, in regard to resolving your current appliance concern, we must refer you to your service plan administrator for further assistance.
The extended service company should be abiding by the terms and conditions of your extended warranty. You will want to review your contact and discuss your options further with the plan administrator that holds your contract as they will be able to provide you with the best assistance possible.

Does not open easily and upper rack of dishes is still wet at the end of a normal dry cycle. Best buy sent without the plug...

Our older model was very noisy. This new Maytag is so much quieter, more so than I thought it would be. The quick start is a really nice feature. It lessens the wash time if dishes aren't has dirty. Also pleased how well the dishes were cleaned. We definitely woud recommend this dishwasher as a good one to buy.

After doing some research I found this dishwasher consistently had great reviews so I gave it a try. It was my first time removing and installing a new dishwasher and I found it very easy for what it entailed. After using it for the past couple of weeks I also found that it works really well too. The controls are basic and easy to access/use. It is very quiet as well. I also like how easy the filter is to remove and clean. Overall great dishwasher!
