I LOVE this dishwasher!! It has a pretty appearance and it is SO QUIET!!! The first time we used it I had to put my ear next to the door of the dishwasher to hear if it was running !! I have NEVER had a dishwasher this quite!! Besides being nice looking and SUPER QUITE, it cleans so well that everything comes out of it super clean and shinny like brand new dishes and utensils! I DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!! VERY SATISFIED!!

We've had this Maytag dishwasher for 1 month and it has performed perfectly. Dishes all come out sparkling clean and easily accomodates my oversized bowls, pots, and pans. Experience with Best Buy was excellent; ordered on-line, picked it up at the warehouse the next day, and installed it ourselves. The 3" opening at the base made it a pain to install, but we're experienced, die-hard DIYers and we got it done.

Happy with my purchase. We wanted to upgrade our dishwasher, but didn't need all the bells and whistles that most models include. We like the simple front controls that include a countdown timer and a clean indicator. Dishes get clean, it's reasonably quiet, and the straight-forward rack is easy to load/unload. I was also pleasantly surprised by the installation process. Scheduling the appointment was easy, communication was good, and service was completed on schedule as promised.

Although, it has longer run times, the Maytag is more quiet and I believe far more efficient that my previous Samsung dishwasher.

only had dishwasher for 3 weeks the first one that was delivered would only fill and drain not go threw a pump or clean wash rinse cycle Best buy replaced with in a week with a new dish washer im not going to down grade the unt for the issue the problem is very unlikly to happen I just happened to be the lucky one for now it has been a great dish washer

Works well. Has all the options you need. Cleans and drys dishes well.

Delivery went well. I self installed and except for a hiccup it went well. I like the rack set up. It is so quiet compared to my old washer that I'm not sure its running sometimes. My only comment for us older users is that the door opens very far down because it has more room so if you have bad knees just know it takes some bending over to get the door completely open.

Our old dishwasher died a few years ago and we began using it as a drying rack. Finally got tired of the dishes stacking up all over the sink and bought this washer. Fantastic. Never knew they could make a dishwasher this solid and quiet. Well worth the money.

It was great until 3 year. Now it has a leak. On the very front door, it says - 10 year Warranty and when i called to get help, they said it will be around $350. They are running misleading advertising and will not help when you need it. So don't' go by their false advertising and ready to shell out lot of money in repairs. Really Bad experience !

Love it, quiet and everything is clean and sparkling.

This a solid and well build dishwasher. The functions are really user friendly. Our other Maytag gave us years of quality service and it appears that this one will perform in a similar way.

Was excited to upgrade to this NOT CHEAP dishwasher from the contractor grade one we had in our new home. It worked well for about 18 months. Then for the past year, we repeatedly have trouble with it draining. It throws errors when this happens (same ones every time). We've had a friend with appliance knowledge help us a few times. We even replaced the cheap plastic drainage filter on the side and it fixed it for a while. . .but for a dishwasher that claims you can put a whole chocolate cake on the top and run it with no problems, it should be able to take the occasional particle of food without issue. Very disappointed that it looks like I will have to replace a barely 3 year old appliance.

When the machine is new it works very well, the machine comes with a 10 year “limited parts” warranty, the catch is that it doesn’t cover any of the major working components. We have had the machine for less than 2 years, the main pump is around $389.00 for the part plus labor if you are not handy. The machine brand new is $610.00 without discounts today. It’s now cheaper to buy a whole new machine than it is to fix this machine. This make and model is not worth the money, please save yourself the trouble. DO NOT PAY FOR ANY WARRANTY.
