3 full wash arms makes this the best d/w on the market .

I like it the only negative is I accidentally turn it on.

I would love to give u a review but we r still waiting on it to come .... but just to let you know that what we did not paid for in cash we put the rest on the best buy credit card . I will be having a hard with that if we are charge interest on what we but on the card before we get the dishwasher

From the minute it was installed by a professional it Leaked! These are supposed to be tested at the factory. Apparently no one cared enough. It was obvious someone may have “tested” it because there was water in it. Had to call the Maytag service. 2 (TWO) weeks later a tech comes to my house and tells me the motor is bad! On a brand new machine never used! Refused to give me a new dishwasher and instead repaired it. Had to order a new motor. After another week Gone by its finally repaired. Seems to be ok now. I trusted the Maytag brand but I guess I shouldn’t have! Last Maytag I’ll ever buy.

I'm not pleased with the baskets this dishwasher has. Seems very cheap. So much room wasted when filling with dishes. The posts in the bottom are only 3" tall compared to my old one at 4". I put my old basket in the new dishwasher. Hate the top with the "stadium" arrangement. Plus when we unpacked it there was a dent in back which carried through to the inside. Would have never bought if I got to see it in a store. Giving 2 stars because I like how quiet it is.

Still testing the cleaning of plastics​. Corelle does great.

3 different Maytag dishwashers were delivered over a several week period. Each had similar damage to the front doors. Each were rejected upon arrival. This damage was not caused from shipping, Maytag packaged these units with obvious damage to the doors.

Within the first 12 months I started having issues with the control panel, unable to change the settings and the cancel function working sporadically. Now the instrument panel in completely haywire. I can’t shut the dishwasher due to continuous beeping when I do. None of the functions work. I’m looking a $200+ repair 12 months in.

Stopped working soon after being installed. Tried resetting but nothing worked. On the bright side, BB made it easier to get a different model.

Dishwasher arrived without all the parts necessary to install. Installers returned it. What's up with that?

At first, it ran well, cleaned the dishes as it should then at about six months in, the machine started breaking. First the motor - replaced, then the glasses/cups were coming out dirty, now the darn thing isn't even turning on. Calling Maytag once again - this time to ask for a new machine. That's just too much money to spend on something that breaks down before even one year since installation. My advise - Don't buy it!

Worked well for about 15 months. Then it started occasionally not washing and now it won't wash at all after about 17 months. It fills with water, heats up, and opens the soap dispenser, but the spray arms never do anything. And since the 12 month warranty is past Maytag obviously won't pay for a fix. I bought a Maytag for the supposed reliability, but it turns out their products are junk.

After I spent $$$ getting the space ready for install, and the plumber tested it, it leaks. Still trying to remedy this situation. Not happy at all.

This machine works great. My husband was able to install it fairly easily. It has wheels which help sliding it into position. It is very difficult to read the labels under the buttons. If the lights are on, it's impossible as they are very bright LEDs. But, it is quiet, not super quiet but ok and it has a delayed start which is awesome. Most importantly, it cleans!

Extremely quiet and actually cleans the dishes. What more could you ask?

We purchased this dishwasher in November. We had installed about two weeks later. About a month ago (March) we felt a large water bubble in our floor begin. We called, scheduled a service, and had to pull up our entire kitchen floor. The repair guy told us it was the connection between the valve on the unit and the brass elbow fitting on the hose. So he replaced the valve and put plumbers putty (provided by us, the owners) between to prevent future leaks. It didn’t help it. So we hired a plumber who replaced the brass elbow (because Maytag doesn’t warranty that part) and it was fixed. Yay. Then immediately thereafter the machine started randomly turning on. Any time, all the time. If it was closed, it may turn on. So I called and I was transferred to the safety department because of this! Lots of questions about electrical arcing and smoke. It’s Tuesday, they can’t send someone out until Friday and basically they told me that, even if I received a lemon of a product, they’ll come out a billion times if they have to. But they won’t replace my product until someone says it’s irreparable. Which means the warranty will run out and I’ll be stuck with the bills then. Not only do I not recommend this dishwasher, I think I will steer clear of Maytag as a whole anymore. Which is sad because I have their dishwasher, oven, washer, dryer, and refrigerator in my house. I know one customer for them isn’t a big deal. But dealing with this one company has been a huge deal for me.

This is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. Due to Covid, we went with this dishwasher over another brand due to delivery wait times. We have now owned this dishwasher a year. It needed repair twice. I was able to fix it once. However, now it needs a new water pump. The Maytag repairman said the water pumps on these dishwashers typically go out in a year. On all the other dishwashers I’ve owned, I’ve never replaced a water pump. Our last dishwasher lasted 13 years and the one before that 20 years without issues. Now we are forced to wash our dishes and wait for the water pump to come in when ever it may arrive. I shouldn’t have to deal with this after only owning this dishwasher a year. Hopefully now the dishwasher won’t sound like I’m standing on a runway and maybe it will actually get the dishes clean. If not, the thing is going in the landfill and my next dishwasher surely won’t be a Maytag.

Lasted 19 months then the circulation pump failed. What a piece of junk.
