Having a stainless-steel finish inside instead of plastic was worth the few extra $$. The only issue we are having is that many things are coming out very wet, and not drying at all.

Like the stainless steel interior. Does a really good job washing the dishes. I was able to better organize the top rack in my previous dishwasher and fit more. Perhaps I just need to get used to it. The door is a little heavy. I would buy it again.

Be wary of “Easy to Install”

Wires on the external power cord were too short when installing onto the power box on the dishwasher. Insulation pad was too thick when placing the new dishwasher into the pre-built space.

Struggling to get dishes to dry completely

They called a few days before the install and gave me a call before they arrived. The Dishwasher works great and it leaves dishes clean and dry. I especially like the powerblast cycle

Maytag Dishwasher – Good Value for the Price

Self installation worked out fine. Dishwasher is performing admirably. Not quite as much room inside though for large pans or pots, which translates into more frequent washes. Normal washing time of approximately 2-1/4 hours is less than our previous dishwasher. Overall satisfied with the purchase.
