Price was comparable to other stores and even lower than most. Delivery and setup team did an excellent job of installing.

Cumbersome spacing of dish racks, extremely long cycle time (2.5 hours!) make it a lesser model. Washes the dishes OK, but we miss the old one.

I was concerned about the top rack being so low but you can still put tall stuff on the bottom -- and the top. Works great so far. The front is easy to clean.

The only complaint I have is the rinse agent I do not think mine is dispensing the rinse agent properly.

Our new Maytag.
