Replaced 14 year old dishwasher. For the money, good value

That said so far it's excellent. System without filter (i.e. integrated macerator) is superior in my view, the reason I purchased that model. Installer contracted by Best Buy was good, with a great attitude.

I am on hold AGAIN and I am sure they will say NOW it's been over a year if they ever decide to answer.

Buyer beware!

Everything about it is flimsy and cheap compared to my previous unit. Whoever designed the top rack has never used a dishwasher. Its designed so everyting falls over. The silverware rack feels like its going tobreak every time I pick it up. If this is the direction Maytag is going I will be switching brands.

Whisper Quiet and Effective

After half a dozen cycles, I’m thrilled this dishwasher has a digital countdown timer and is operates quiet enough that I have to double check. Interior looks easy to clean and maintain after going through the manual. Dishwashers are one of those appliances you appreciate when you don’t have one and I’m hoping this unit operates well beyond our vacancy at the current property. I was opting for a less expensive unit but due to availability, size, and color requirements, I have no regrets with this purchase. Kudos to the Best Buy delivery team - professional and friendly.

It’s not as quiet as the Samsung but I don’t mind hearing the little swishy water noises The installers were awesome! The even fixed a problem I had going on with a valve under the sink!

It was even better than I expected. I particularly like the auto-shutoff feature in case of a leak. Great to prevent expensive damage!

Washed poorly after 9 mos. Dead at 1yr.

Crazy, right? Then glassware started having particles stuck inside and I could no longer use the dry function because the heat made the particles much harder to wash out versus a rinse in the sink. Then 3 days after the 1 year mark, this machine has failed completely. My previous whirlpool died within 3 years and now this Maytag (a whirlpool company) has died at 1 year so next I'm going with a Bosch.
