Worse experience and still having issues with getting a new dishwasher that works and not damaged. Now going on for 2 months and still getting the runaround from bestbuy service agents.

Very happy with my purchase. It is quiet and it cleans the dishes very well.

Easy to load. Easy to empty. Love that no residue remains on dishes even after a short cycle. Good value!

Really like it except I can't figure how to raise/lower top shelf. It says its adjustable. Also, I have some Faberware steak knives which claim to be dishwasher safe and this machine removed a finish on the knives.

It is quiet, has a great capacity, tall cups can fit up top. Love it.

I like the new dishwasher and it works well. The instructions to program it are not very clear. It runs so quiet you can barely here it when it is running. Happy with my purchase.

I just bought this it was delivered on may 6 th and something is wrong halfway through the cycle it just stops and says an error code i paid alot for this dishwasher plus i paid for it to be professionally installed. I keep calling and i am just getting the run around i get put on hold or transfered to another person. I dont know what to do i feel completely screwed by best buy and i wish i would of bought this at home depot instead

This review is about the installation. Time was to be between 2-4pm. At 5:00pm, I get a call that it will be another 1:30 before they arrive. Do I wish to reschedule. No. 6:00pm, they show up. They put the dishwasher in and the guy says do you have a pair of pliers. I get him the pliers and he said do you have a flat screwdriver. I said don’t you have tools with you? He had a drill with different bit heads and that was it. There is a part that fits under the dishwasher and the factory forgot to include the screws necessary to screw it in place so it is just under there not attached. Then, he said you will get a form to review us and I hope you will fill it out. I replied I most certainly will fill it out.

I bought this dishwasher and the extended warranty on October 20, 2021. It worked for about one week and I have been waiting for service (due to parts unavailability) since November 12, 2021. Best Buy does not provide service until manufacturers warranty is finished so you’re stuck with the Maytag service which is farmed out to your residentially closest independent service company. In this case, Paradise Service. They are interesting in that they don’t even need to actually see your broken appliance they can just deduce from warning code on malfunctioning machine what is wrong. They will then be able to tell you how they do not have that part but can order it and it will be two weeks before they can install the new part…unless of course there is an unforeseen problem like distribution chain backup due to conditions at local port authority. So, I can’t really tell you if this is a good product in the long run, as mine only briefly worked. Maybe someday it will work again. My fingers are crossed for this eventuality.
