Be prepared for extra charges not included in the installation package. I had to add an dedicated outlet for the plug in. Cost an extra $84.

Leak hopelessly

The drain works fine but leak terribly when operating. The manufacturer‘a warranty is meaningless because you can never have an appointment available. Worst purchase experience ever.

I had to wait a week for a replacement. The replacement could not be delivered because the defective DW was not disconnected. Further, it was supposed to be installed. BB did not schedule that. Ive been with BB for years. Today I am most unhappy with both the product and the service.I'd give 0 stars if I could.
