Maytag 24" Dishwasher

This dishwasher was purchased to replace my other Maytag which was under warranty (the part could not be found to fix control panel). This dishwasher was installed mid-April. May 10th, I noticed a melted piece of plastic in the tub of dishwasher and the metal water sprayer was on the side of tub.

The 1st dishwasher had scratches when it was delivered. I tried to call back the same day but had to wait until the next day because it wasnt in the system as being deivered. So i waited another week for one to be delivered. Then that one was cancelled because it wasn't brought to the warehouse for delivery. So i had to reschedule. I called and complained and the operator said they would give me a gift card of 10% after it was delivered. When i called back to ask for my gift card they only wanted to give me $20. The dishwasher was now $20 cheaper because of black friday but she wouldn't adjust the price. I asked why the other agent offered me 10% and now i wasnt gettting it. She said she misinformed me. They should of gave me an adjustment and a $50 gift card like I was told.

Dont buy maytag

So much for the 10year warrenty. Its that long due to it takes that long for them to repair it.
