One complaint which likey covers all dishwashers is about the insulation. It just hangs on the dishwasher. During installation, it bunched up towards the front of the washer and was a pain to straighten out. I recommend using duct tape on it before installation. It also didn't include a simple yet requied hose adapter. I had to run out in the middle of installation to get it. Really Samsung? $600 dishwasher, and you scrimped on a $5 part? Shameful.

IT certainly is a good quality dishwasher for the price. But by the time you pay for “kit”, installation and haul away the final price was much more than the advertised $549.00 on sale.

Buy quality paper and ink for your instructions

The instructions are awful...bad print, unclear pics on terrible paper quality. The operating instructions Ok. This is the 3rd Dishwasher I have installed in my home. It was also the hardest to install due to the poor instructions clairty and paper and ink quaility.

Not Silent

It is louder than our previous unit but I like it that way. Many times I have opened our old unit discovering that it is in mid-washing. New unit is just loud enough to make its presence known, not annoyingly loud.

Good operation, quiet operation

Its finish is just right, much better than our last stainless model. Lived with it for over a month and it cleans rather well. Top rack is a little lower than ergonomic but I just have my children do the dishes to solve that

Controls are easy to use and inset a bit so you can't accidently bump into them. I like them being on the front so you don't have to open the dishwasher to see the controls. Dishwasher cleans and dries well and I really like the extra room on the top rack to fit taller items or even pots.

All good after a few weeks

Only negative that I had to go to the hardware store for a 40 cent ( anti- stress for the electric box and the instruction manual had the wrong size in the description ) part that was not included that killed an hour on the install.
