This dishwasher has turned out to be my WORST purchase in at least 10 years. Legitimately. Bought the dishwasher, installed it and during the first cycle, it stopped, flashed an error code and was leaking. It was very late, so we cleared the code, let the dw drain, ended the cycle and went to bed. That was the good part of the story. Woke up the next morning to find that the dishwasher, even though we had drained it AND shut it off - had leaked all night long. Our entire kitchen, dining, foyer and formal living room were soaked. And of course, it didn't end there - it also leaked into our basement. When I called Maytag, they told me to file a claim with our insurance company. That is NOT going to happen, after researching it, this dishwasher has issues with faulty inlet valves leaking - the inlet valve leaked all night and flooded our home. There are not enough words to express my anger and disappointment. I'm sure this doesn't happen to every single dishwasher Maytag makes and Best Buy sells, but since it's a known issue I can't figure out why they continue to sell these without changing the pumps.

Difficult to give a rating for a dishwasher after only two months of use... That said so far it's excellent. System without filter (i.e. integrated macerator) is superior in my view, the reason I purchased that model. Installer contracted by Best Buy was good, with a great attitude.

Bought this October last year - stopped draining in August - rancid water smell - and can't get anyone to answer the phone for warranty!!!! I am on hold AGAIN and I am sure they will say NOW it's been over a year if they ever decide to answer.

I have had this dishwasher for about 1 month so far it works fine. Not as well built as my previous 20 yr old me more. Wish I had more rack space

New appliances are hard to hate when they work right after installation. After half a dozen cycles, I’m thrilled this dishwasher has a digital countdown timer and is operates quiet enough that I have to double check. Interior looks easy to clean and maintain after going through the manual. Dishwashers are one of those appliances you appreciate when you don’t have one and I’m hoping this unit operates well beyond our vacancy at the current property. I was opting for a less expensive unit but due to availability, size, and color requirements, I have no regrets with this purchase. Kudos to the Best Buy delivery team - professional and friendly.

Don't buy. I have had this for less than a year and it's broke twice. Both times: F8E4. Had to have Maytag send someone out to repair it. Their scheduling for repairs takes about a week, so if you use your dishwasher regularly this one isn't for you. It's a shame as this was highly rated when I bought it.

Only 16 months old and failing with a FA_E5 error. I did not purchase a warranty, after all, it says 10 year warranty on the door and it's a Maytag. They never fail. Wrong! Parts are only warrantied for 1 year. Replaced recommended part at $54+ shipping and still failing. Additional parts are very expensive. Service cost + parts = purchase something other then Maytag.

Love my new Maytag dishwasher!! It’s not as quiet as the Samsung but I don’t mind hearing the little swishy water noises The installers were awesome! The even fixed a problem I had going on with a valve under the sink!

Extremely quiet dishwasher, pretty good at cleaning all the dishes through sometimes dishes come back out dirty

After a long wait the dishwasher arrived. It was even better than I expected. I particularly like the auto-shutoff feature in case of a leak. Great to prevent expensive damage!

The installation was done very professionally and the dishwasher works great!! Love it! Will continue to purchase appliances at Best Buy……especially with their great tech support!!!!!

This machine doesn’t really dry the dishes. I’m used to a kitchen aid and Bosch and I would say Defs a step below. But it was also cheaper

Exceptional Dishwasher. Stainless steel tub, but most important, stainless steel racks that won't deteriorate with time. Low, low profile means more room for dishes. VERY, very quiet.

The best thing that could happen to my family. No more having to hand wash the dishes, and it's so quiet. It saves on water and very efficient with removing stuck-on food.

The utensil tray traps lots of particles behind it and has to be washed regularly outside of the dishwasher. Crazy, right? Then glassware started having particles stuck inside and I could no longer use the dry function because the heat made the particles much harder to wash out versus a rinse in the sink. Then 3 days after the 1 year mark, this machine has failed completely. My previous whirlpool died within 3 years and now this Maytag (a whirlpool company) has died at 1 year so next I'm going with a Bosch.

Great dishwasher! I like the “open floor plan” inside that allows for a versatile arrangement of dishes. The top rack is deep enough to fit taller items like stemmed wine glasses.

While well made. We were disappointed that essentially there was no information on how was the best way to operate this dishwasher I.e. which buttons to use in what order to achieve best results, and a call to customer support was of no use.

This dishwasher has worked like a charm. My wife and I love it. It is quiet and cleans the dishes well.

Got this for my mom and she loves it! Replaced her old broken one
