Purchased an LG and returned it because it didn’t dry the dishes. Works GREAT!

If you want a great dishwasher get a Maytag. This is the way to clean.

I did not like the top tray in this dishwasher. It was hard to figure out where to put the silverware. It felt like a wasted tray. The dishwasher was quiet and worked well. I returned the dishwasher due to the tray not being what I wanted. I returned it before the return policy was up.

Dishwasher has all the features we need. Fits perfectly with our other appliances.

everything was delivered on time and installed professionally.

First installer, great guy - but dishwasher was damaged. Went to store - a new one was scheduled to replace damaged one. Second Installers - also great guys but when unit removed from truck it was also damaged. Store called - another one is now scheduled for next week. Last see what happens. Suggestion - you need better shipping. You can display how long I have had this damaged replacement, as indicated below. But, not really a good idea.

Wash and dries the dishes very well, happy with this purchase.

Nice dishwasher, but the silverware holder slots are too small for my items. Very frustrating.

Thus far I love it but the heated dry does not appear to be working. I need to figure out why cause I select it.

Maytag has been the staple of top of the line in any appliance ,at least years ago it was, now not so sure, this product has trouble cleaning my dishes, even with Finish tabs. I think it just needs some adjusting that's all. will be contacting tech support for a visit from them.

a little after 1 year insides start rusting and leave residue on your dishes and silverware.Geek squad protection isnt what it use to be. you will be dealing with third party, hung up on and being told to wait. its been 3 weeks and still nothing . no dishwasher no repair no replacement no credit.trying since 2-18-21 to get something done till today still nobody really cares they have your money and that is fact. i have called chatted texted and email with still no resolution as of today 3-7-2021.

I replaced a 20 year old whirlpool dishwasher with this supposed “better” model, the 20 year old cleaned the dishes better! Do not waste your money

Worst buy ever. Simply doesn’t work well. Loads weird and cleans poorly. The soap door doesn’t open sometimes. The dishwasher is a month old and I might need to replace it. Thanks for reminder to check warranty. Can I return this lemon??

Its not that good of a unit for the price. I feel that its very very cheaply made. Not quality

Never again Maytag!!! The stupid thing broke right after 1 year warranty. It takes just a little bit of water, and then stops. I replaced everything possible causing problem, main board included - nothing helped. My old dishwasher was running for 20 years without a problem.

Overall the dishwasher works great and is very nice. However! I asked the online sales agent if the one I chose was cast iron black and they said yes. When it was delivered it was not cast iron black. It’s a shiny black so it doesn’t match my other appliances. I have been trying to get this dishwasher for my new house with no appliances from May till September. I was not about to wait another 4 months or more.

I waited a few months to write a review to be able to give better feedback. I spent the first week complaining about the layout simply because after 15 years of another model, it was a bit to get used to. On the whole now, however, I like the way things fit into it. Here are the cons first: The third shelf is useless!! Put the middle shelf high enough to accommodate dishes on the bottom and you can't fit anything tall in that shelf because of the top rack. Put it lower and the cleaning blades brush across the dinner plates. Yes, you can take out the top shelf, but the frame still catches on the taller dishes in the middle rack-a real pain in the neck! Add to this that there is little that can go on the top shelf other than spatulas and plastic lids-a waste. Next, I got this because I didn't want to clean out baskets as most require now days. It does pretty well at disposing of the bits and pieces, but a stray mushroom or onion bit does need to be removed from the bottom from time to time. The silverware holder seems to be made well, but I have been using my old one even though it has some holes because the slots on the Maytag just aren't large enough for my utensils. Now for the pros: It cleans very well just using powdered Cascade-don't waste money on the pods with this machine! The stainless door wipes clean easily and doesn't get the fingerprint issues stainless often gets. That was a real selling point for me. I didn't want to see a mess on it every time I looked at it! Price is much better than the higher models and you are getting what so far seems to be just as good of a product. My first dishwasher was a Maytag and it was fantastic. When I bought the second, I was told that Maytag was no longer such a good machine so I got a Kenmore that lasted very well, but I think that perhaps Maytag is back at its game with this machine.

I love this dishwasher. We purchased in 2020, so I am writing this review 4 years later and it is still going strong. In the past I hated dishwashers and pretty much used them as dish racks because they never cleaned them all the way. We do not rinse anything. Pots with spaghetti sauce come completely clean. My son eats oatmeal everyday and dried oatmeal isn't easy to get off but there is never any left behind. I have recommended this dishwasher to so many people.
