Absolutely horrible experience getting this installed correctly. 7 appointments (but only showed up twice). Weekly calls. Everyone points the finger at some other department. Total clown show and not worth the headache.

Dishwasher is awesome works super well and the rack on top is great for spatulas! 4/5 bc the second rack keeps breaking this is my second time calling for repair. Thank goodness for the warranty.

My old GE dishwasher started leaking and after 13 years I decided it was better to purchase a new one than try to fix it. After researching a number of options, I settled on this one. So far I am quite pleased. It is orders of magnitude quieter than my old one and seems to do a great job of actually getting dishes clean. I purposely put plates in without rinsing them and they cam out perfect. I can't speak to reliability yet since I've only had it a few days. So far I haven't found as much use for the third rack, but I am happy that it can be removed if I decide it isn't that useful. Installation wasn't terrible but took longer than I expected. Be sure to measure carefully the distance from the bottom of the counter to the floor as instructed.

Like so many others I was very confused by all the reviews on all the various dishwashers. My Frigidaire Gallery Dishwasher "died " after 2 years and 2 weeks. The repairs are expensive and take weeks. I decided to just buy a new one , mainly because I cook constantly and as a result , I am "dishwasher dependent". I looked at Bosch and Kitchenaide also because I wanted one that will last. I bought this one because the racks , tub and motor have a 10 year warranty. Anyway , after it was installed the installer noticed the top rack was broken , and the door had a long dent along the top. He called Best Buy and they arranged for a replacement the following week. That was fine, "these things happen". When I looked at the follow up paperwork the replacement was scheduled for 7 weeks !! I was beyond angry and called the customer service number and a great rep named Cheri helped me. She rescheduled for me , and I now have the dishwasher. It is very quiet and powerful. I experimented with rock hard dried- on egg that had coated a spatula and it came out gleaming, you really don't have to pre-rinse, so that saves water and time . So far it seems like a true step up from the last one .

We purchased this dishwasher and it did a fine job cleaning dishes, but the plastic components keep breaking. I’ve had to purchase replacement plastic parts for the upper rack at least 3 times in the last two years and it just broke again today. It seems like the plastic pieces get weaker and weaker from the hot water and eventually just snap. I tried going the Maytag maintenance rout, but to get a technician to look at it was way more expensive than just buying new parts. It is so annoying and I regret purchasing this model.

I received a lemon and between the incompetent service and the lack of care by anyone I spoke to at maytag, I spent nearly $1000 to get a dishwasher that barely worked for 1.5 years. The whole experience is so maddening I am never buying maytag again. Shame on them.

I only use basic washing (automatic option) so far. No time to try for anything else. The machine washes good and dry well after all cycles. I am happy with it. I will recommend this machine.

The top rack in this dishwasher is a big waste of space, nothing fits in there you cannot move it down to hold things . Then after barely 3 years and not used daily this thing quit. Don't know what is wrong but it throws the pod in there and doesn't wash. Now the expense of calling a repairman who probably will charge more than it's worth to fix and this thing cost over $800 to get it home and set up. To think I had to have a MAYTAG, big mistake BIG Looked at a newer model they are made even cheaper

I don't have this exact model, but I have a very similar one. It seemed like a very good product initially, and then my husband brushed against the door, and the door no longer closed. We had it fixed by Maytag, and guess what, it happened again. That's right. The product claiming to be so strong and sturdy cannot withstand a light knock to the door. But that's not all. One year old, and its electronic control goes and it won't rinse anymore. So much for all the claims. I will say that when it works, it does a good job of cleaning dishes, but I can't say it is well made or dependable. I replaced an absolutely awful Kitchen Aid with this machine, and basically, it is the same machine with the same poor design and build.

Third rock is stuck the day when it was installed. There is a manufacturing defect. The top rack is not moving and breaking when tried the close the dishwasher door.

The Dishwasher stopped working after 27 days or approximately 15 uses. The repair guy just told me the motor is shot so a new one will need to be installed. I'm not a happy customer right now. The dishwasher was delivered 3 days late and now we'll be without one for another week.

We have had this dishwasher just over 2 years... after 11 months it stopped working, wouldn't wash. Repaired under warranty with no problem - ended up being the control board. Now, 2 years and 14 days after the original purchase - SAME PROBLEM! Now I get to pay to get it fixed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE
