Bought for a rental house. I know, what a nice guy. Like simple controls and not 'smart'. it's a rental. like that it has separate silverware tray, plus basket for other smalls or silverware and indents in trays for all those tongs, spatulas, etc.

We had a Samsung before and we thought it was very loud compared to our new Maytag Dishwasher. This is very quiet and was very happy with Best Buys installed. We would happily recommend buying this from you!

I am very satisfied with this purchase. I had researched two brands, both of which had a third rack. When we went to Best Buy to see the display models I could see that the third rack on this Maytag model was deeper than the other brand, plus I liked the style of its dish racks and its control panel.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS DISHWASHER!!!!! SOOOOOO MUCH BETTER THAN MY PRIOR BOSCH. I love the dual filtration system, my dishes come out SPARKLING CLEAN AND FEEL AMAZING. I honestly have no complaints.

I did a lot of research to get a dishwasher that washed good and dried my dishes. So far I am happy with this one. It has clean and dried dishes great. It has a longer drying cycle on it but I have not had to use it. It has dried dishes on the regular dry cycle.

I like this dishwasher a lot. Getting it delivered by the Best Buy subcontractor was a bit of a nightmare. But in the end they found someone to get it here.

Is very quiet and dies a great job of cleaning my dishes.

I love the quietness of this dishwasher compared to my old one of 25 years! The only problem I have is that the silverware (including the holder) and some plastic storage containers don't get totally dry.

I have had the worst experience ever with Best Buy and I would caution anyone thinking of purchasing an appliance or anything else that cannot be carried out of store. The only reason for the one star is for the Store Manager Tim Favis, who at least tried to do something for me. First of all I was not given the opportunity to examine the dishwasher before they brought it into the house because the delivery man walked into my house uninvited. He immediately proceeded to remove my old dishwasher. His partner brought in the dishwasher and immediately placed it under the counter. they took off some plastic and finished the plumbing and started it up. I was instructed not to stop the dishwasher until the cycle was finished, about 3hrs. This was the night before Thanksgiving. When the cycle was finished it was after 8pm and the store was closed for the holiday. It was that night that I noticed the control panel was different than the one advertised. It did not have the Power Dry cycle which was the main thing I was interested in. They delivered a dishwasher which was not the model advertised on line, A less expensive model, then I was told they did not even have the model I ordered. I then tried to purchase another dishwasher in its place for exchange. They delivered one which was badly damaged. That was sent back and of course there was not another one in stock or so they said. I now have a dishwasher I did not want and it doesn't dry. When the cycle is done the inside is wet, damp and has to left open for it dry for several hours. It has been nothing but a lot of aggravation and stress for a senior to put up with. So Buyer Beware....
