The machine is so quiet barely know it’s on! The digital timer is great to know how much longer until done. The stainless interior stays clean and stain free. Third shelf is great along with the hard food disposal keeps the drain clear! Highly recommend!

Great dishwasher. I purchased because the base models that whirlpool offers just isn’t enough.

This is a very good dishwasher. It's versatile, it a lot of space to put dishes. Excellent product.

My dishwasher was installed this past week. It works great and looks great, except for the fact that it could not go flat ahgainst the wall due to a wooden frame that my handiman had built to hold up my new granite kitchen counter (not your fault)

Diswasher installed by Geek Squad june of 2023, failed july 2022. Called for a service based on my purchase of 5 year geek squad extened warranty for an Error Code E9 not draing, 5 days later, the geek squad sent a service person. They showed up thinking they were to install a new diswasher, and said we don't do repairs, next phone call I was told I had to go threw Maytag directly to examine the error code on July 21st,. at this point I am now out of a dishwasher for over a month. I sined up for an 18 month no interest payment, which will be due in August. I will not make any payments until this issue is resolved.

The Maytag dishwasher "stainless steel" had a non pleasant mettalic type odor coming from the dishwasher plus the dishes had the smell on them also!

Needs to be on the highest setting and longest time to really get dishes clean. Would rather use quick wash setting. 3 1/2 hours is too long!

Had to order this by phone due to COVID. Salesperson was awesome. Made the whole procedure really easy and recevied the product in just a few days. The guy who delivered it and installed it was also great. Excellent experience. Have only had it less than a month but very happy.

The unit is not as quiet as advertised and the panel stopped working within two weeks. Trying to get it fixed now.

Had high hopes for a great made in America product. Two months after its installation the drain pump failed. Failed on a brand new machine!! Ok, no problem, covered under warranty. Three weeks after the repairman confirmed the issue and ordered the replacement part, the part is still on backorder without an eta. Guess Maytag decided to put profits first and sent out dishwashers with defective parts. Now they can't keep up with the failures. COVID doesn't excuse sending out defective product. Now I have an upset wife and a higher water bill.

Great unit. Install went smooth and the installers did good. Love the look of the new unit and the different features it has comoared to my old one. Would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a new dishwasher.

so so good works well. by the way initially they hooked it up with a blocked input water hose and it didn't work. Took them a day or two to come out and fix it

I gave this dishwasher 2 stars because it looks nice in my kitchen and it has a third shelf. I was extremely disappointed that it did not clean my dishes very well and was no better than the dated dishwasher it replaced but cost twice as much.

Finally time to replace our old GE dishwasher and we heard good things about Maytag. First one delivered did not turn on at all. Tested the outlet with my phone charger, worked fine, but dishwasher was not interested on receiving electricity. Delivery team had already uninstalled our old GE so we figured we would just try again with another Maytag. Second one leaked out of the box and within two loads completely filled the drip pan. At this point, we've been without a dishwasher for 2 weeks and while we're not above hand-washing dishes, this is a pretty ridiculous pattern of quality for a major appliance. Our old GE was clearly on its last legs, but at least it, you know, WORKED. We will be looking at other brands at this point.

Purchased the dishwasher two weeks ago not installed yet due to install on September 25. Will then be able to say good or bad

Good dishwasher. No issues so far after about one year of daily use.
