Ours stopped working in less than 4 mos

We waited for a warranty appt and now we have to wait another two weeks for a circulating motor because they aren’t allowed to carry parts on the truck because of COVID. Our previous Kitchenaid model lasted 13 years without a problem.

It started after about 1 month. Geek squad told me that no one is available to come fix it in my area now or any time in future (live 6th largest city in country!.. Philadelphia). Frustrating…Now I will have to deal directly with Maytag folks. They gave me an 1-800 number. Looking forward to it!

Not a good investment!

This thing has broken twice in a dangerous fashion, it leaks and the leak goes right into the electric housing due to the pvc pipes being too close to the heating element. This first time happened within 3 months and the second time at the 9 months mark after our purchase, maytag now owned by whirlpool has given us the reach around for the last 3 weeks stating the part will be shipping soon... I would stay away from this brand and this particularl model. Protect your investment and do yourself a favor, find something much better, please.
