I received the first dishwasher damaged. Carton was good and it appears the damage occurred at the factory since the significant and very obvious scratches on the stainless steel front were under the clear plastic packaging. Best Buy did a great job with the return and shipping a replacement to me; however, the second dishwasher was also received damaged with similar types of scratches. Looks like Maytag quality has become very poor. These two units should never have left the factory. Makes me wounder what else is bad with the dishwasher. I am moving on to another brand.

The Maytag that we purchased had noise issues we had a tech that said it wasn't operating as it should, so we returned this particular model twice before we bought a Samsung instead We would have been happy with the Maytag if it didn't make loud noises while running not something you want to listen to for about 3 hours for a regular cycle

Nice dishwasher except I get a draft from underneath it - never had this with my old washer.

The first dishwasher arrived with a damaged middle drawer. The second one worked fine for eight-and-a-half months until one morning we entered our kitchen to find the flimsy seal had failed and we had water all over our HARDWOOD FLOORS. The Maytag people were USELESS in providing help: we couldn't get through to them on the phone! I would NOT purchase this product. Thank heavens for Best Buy letting us exchange it for a LG.

PIECE OF GARBAGE! I bought this for $899 in 2022. The control board is dead. The part is $368.00. If you buy this nonsense get the longest extended warranty offered and make sure it covers everything!

Very nice looking unit and has served us well. However, the recirc pump failed just a few months out of warranty. So much for having to call the Maytag repair man!

The absolute worst installation experience I’ve ever had. It’s been an endless cycle of speaking to Total Tech (total waste of money) to repeat what has already been documented, only to be told that it’s being looked into and they will reach out to me with some arbitrary amount of time (which they never do). Best Buy has done nothing to make it right after we were forced to incur additional costs to fix the work done by their third party provider. I will never purchase an appliance from here again.

First delivered dishwasher was dented. Second one leaks water. Authorized Whirlpool/Maytag repairman was here twice in 1 week. He replaced the gasket around the door, that did not work. He found that we have a leak in the stainless steel tub. We will be calling Best Buy tomorrow morning to get a refund as this dishwasher is back ordered until October. Not going to wait, especially since the next one could be junk also. We haven’t even been able to use this junk dishwasher.

After less five months of light use, the dishwasher has broken. And it's an eight day wait to have it repaired under warranty. Buyer beware.

Purchased this dishwasher a few months ago. It doesn't do a good job of cleaning the dishes. Also is in constant drip pan error,. I currently have a ticket open with Maytag to come replace a clogged drain error even though the drain isn't clogged. Would not purchase this again. gave it 2 stars because Maytag support has been great.

BUYER BEWARE. Purchase 8/11/22 NEW NEVER USED LEAK ERROR CODE F8/E4 on test after installation. Manufactured defect: tub not sealed. MAYTAG will not replace with new unit. Will have Dishwasher taken to local appliance repair shop, replace tub, return. No timeline given.

Error code and stopped working 4 x in under a year. Whirlpool factory warranty refused to take responsibility for this. I have been without a dishwasher a week each time waiting for a ‘repair’ that repairs nothing. Will never buy their product again

I am disappointed to not yet have my dishwasher. I didn’t want to give only one star because the dishwasher might be great. I bought this in November but they won’t be able to install it until January 6.

The dishwasher had a bend in the door and did not seal properly. Caused water damage to wood floor. The whole floor had to be buffed out to match wood colors. Floor repair is costing $1350.00 Dishwasher is supposed to be picked up today but have not received notice of when they are coming. Any other documentation you need, I can provide

A bit of a nightmare to hook up; cord barely long enough to reach the outlet; plastic drawers not strong at all; NOT ENUF SPACE for dishes!

I hate the racks. The dishes sit loose, fall over and bang around, causing chips. The dishes don’t dry.

I just had this dishwasher delivered last week and now I’m waiting to already have it repaired. The soap dispenser is not dispensing when it’s suppose to. After the cycle is done the dispenser is open and the soap is all over the place….

Broke within the year due to a known issue with the "food disposal" blades. Common error code that keeps popping up. MayTag cannot replace the parts. Been without a dishwasher for a month and counting. Stay away!

Can't review it as they refused to install it - after we paid for the install. They said our floor wasn't level, and they had no way to level it, and the dishwasher did not have adjustable feet
