Great water & ice dispenser

In the past we’ve dealt with fridges where the water line freezes. Never had any problems with this fridge!

We had a can of soda explode when it was placed near the ice maker for a few days even though the temp in the far bottom corner is just under 40 degrees.

Unacceptably loud and freezes vegetable / Returned

Look beautiful...BUT noise level was unacceptable when it was running which was very often unfortunately. It went on with no improvement for a week. Called Maytag, was told it is normal. Secondly, I can't tell the temperature from the control panel, but some vegetables in one of the vegetable compartments was frozen possibly due to uneven temperature inside. Have returned and replaced it with a new GE side by side, saved $600 and sanity. New GE noise level is minimal and most of the time is quiet, peace restored.
