Nice fridge, ice dispenser inconsistency

It’s not consistent. I can hear the ice dispenser lid opening, but no ice is coming down. I’ve had to open the ice bucket a few times just to get ice. Other than that, we love the fridge and its blue interior.

Looks good and works OK except Ice Maker

All basic functions, except the ice maker, are working fine. Ice maker auger drive gear broke in 2 pieces and will not function. Maytag site does not recognize Model Number, so cannot find parts to repair.

Only thing i miss is a top shelf on top door that has a lid for butter and smalll items.

For the price of this unit, it should have been inspected before delivery. The lights on the inside are not blue they are white which makes it very bright when opening at nighttime. The description should not say blue.
