Best Buy gives price support the vendor doesn't

Our best hope is to stay current and use safe practices. McAfee has a good product, good support, and some nice features. UNFORTUNATELY, they try to get the current customers to pay for their customer acquisition. They charge low for year ONE, but ask for 5 to 6 TIMES that for renewal. Until McAfee realizes that keeping current customers by giving them a more reasonable (my opinion) renewal/subscription, I'll spend my money at Best Buy. I LOVE the "buy online, pick up at the store".

Easy to use

It got rid of several viruses and 5 gigabytes collectively of files and data we did not need. Runs scans seamlessly in the background and will notify the user of how many files were scanned and any threats that may have come about. Great product and user friendly interface.
