Easy to use protection for 5 devices means I can protect all my internet used electronics. Offers great assistance if needed.

I am very impressed with McAfee Total Protection software. I use to have it years ago and it really slowed down my computer. So, I switched to another brand. A friend purchased a new computer that had McAfee installed and it has changed significantly - much faster and very efficient.

In the past I used Norton products; over time their products seemed to become overly complex and convoluted. Then a few years ago Norton also seemed to fall out of favor with retailers. I started looking closely at McAfee, and was impressed to find out Intel had purchased them in 2011. Gave them a try, found that Total Protection is very easy to use, usually just doing its thing in the background. Best Buy offers great sales price too, much better than buying a subscription directly from McAfee. I'll keep purchasing McAfee as long as they keep up this level of quality.

The protection software was at a good price, covering multiple computers for the time period I needed at a cost that made sense.

Paid for a physical delivery thinking I would receive a CD. Instead I got a product code card inside a McAfee box. You have to go online, enter the product code to activate the subscription before downloading McAfee. I'm giving my review 4 stars instead of 5 because I am disappointed I paid for the extra postage thinking I would get a physical cd. The installation was swift and easy. The software features are easy to access and self-explanatory. All in all a very good experience.

Had some issues downloading this and had to call company. They referred me to a third party that had to install it for me. They went through and cleaned up my whole network and when They were done told me it was $99 a year for their service. They then tried to bills for 500 for 5 years of service. Finally paid them something and they promised to help with 5 computers. Was not happy with that, but McAfee seems to work good.
