I bought this to protect my PC but I have not used it yet. I have used a McAfee product before with no issues. I hope this one is good too.

Posted .Hi - now that you have owned the product for a couple of weeks, any feedback? Did it install easily? You can check your History to see how many threats McAfee has blocked for you. However, even if no threats have been blocked so far, it is only a matter of time. We find around 8 brand new malware samples every second of every day. It is only a matter of time before you encounter one. It is MUCH easier if you have antivirus protection to block those attacks instead of needing to repair the damage later. Some of it has to do with my windows 10 PC. But I feel it is also this software. Both times I have installed McAfee I felt like it was fighting me. First part of uninstalling old software goes flawlessly. Installing new software is where I had problems. Freeze ups. Saying it can't install. Then after a couple of days it installed like nothing was wrong. Don't know if I'll buy it again.
