Sometimes I get the message that it is expired, have to uninstall and re-install; and several months before the 1 year is up, it repeatedly is saying it is time to extend it because it will run out.

The issue was not completely resolved, so decided to go in a different direction. McAfee virus protection software was not compatible with my 5 devices from the start. Returned and purchased a different virus protection that seems to be working better on my devices.

I contact McAfee and the man i talk to told me i have a virus and a hacker on my computer the why running slow ,he said total protection will not help he will charge me $200.00 to fix it told him not paying $200 he said just pay me $150 i'll take $50 off i hung up try to rip me off

I keep saying ni they keep sending a request. -I use the basic vurus siftware and ut worjs goid, I don’t want the $100 stuf. Wish there was vurus software to stop them frim constantly asking.

Tried to return it to store but was refused since I opened it. How are you to know if it loads or not unless you open it. Not happy. You have lost a customer.
