Even if it is a very good product is too complicate it for me

I was trying to decide between a 65" Sony TV and a 65" Samsung TV. At the recommendation of the salesman, I chose the Samsung but it does not have as sharp a picture as my smaller Sony Bravia. Also, the TV speaker is not as good as the Sony Bravia. A month or so later I asked if I could trade my Samsung in for the Sony but was told no by my salesman, Brennen. He also sold me a Receiver and a Motion 61 Center Channel at an additional $800. I guess that was supposed to help the poor quality speaker of the Samsung TV. However, I never got the set up that I was promised and may even by paying for.

Needed this for an older TV to support original built-in speaker system. So far seems to be working. will updated upon further use

Had a lot of trouble with the installation and the products not being compatible for what I was looking for

No disc advance when tray open. PITA to load. Plays discs ok.

Your people put in our universal remote but we have had trouble since installing the remote.

I bought a home theater (surround sound) system. Got a deal on the speakers (higher quality at 50% off at the time). It does just what we wanted. My only complaint (and of no fault by Best Buy), is that I was looking for an in-ceiling sub-woofer, similar to what I had installed some 12 years ago. Apparently, the technology and/or desire did not advance. The option was still available, but due to the lack of advancement of the technology that option would have added 5K to the price. As much as I wanted that option, settled for the 5K cheaper box on the floor option. Fortunately for us, the home setup lets us hide the sub-woofer in the corner pretty much out of sight. So 5K less, but it would have really been nice to have had that since my experience was wonderful with in-ceiling at our past residence. Still, happy with what we have and does what we wanted.

Item did not work and broke my entire system. No one at Best Buy could fix it.

We were getting ready to cut the cable cord and replace our TV system/surround sound. We went to Best Buy and set up an appointment with their super In-Home Designer, Donavan, who made suggestions based on our wants. Unfortunately the 77” TV came in a week later than expected but we had the extra time to get the room ready. Then it was Christopher, Mgr of Custom/Complex Services, and team to do their magic. The TV/Sonos sound bar were hung on the wall while another person helped us make sure our wifi was set up. The Sonos speakers w/stands were set up and tested/synchronized. Voila, our mini theater! These teams were very professional and personable and made the whole process go smoothly … we highly recommend them. Next, onto replacing our old desktop computer.

Product still in the midst of being installed. Seems like it will be as billed when I purchased, but despite an almost 30k investment I’m still waiting for the custom install to be completed. We had a older (10-12 years) system installed that I was assured would not be a problem, however the control 4 system has proved to be a significant challenge for our electricians and the best buy team. It is now 2 months since final payment and I am on the schedule to complete the savant system that I was promised several weeks ago. The technicians have been excellent, clean, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Overall happy thus far but frustrated by technical delays.

We upgraded two televisions’ sound systems and upgraded our theater room. From the consultation with Mike Clay, to the installation supervised by Phillip Prisaznick, managed Roger Acuavera and installed by many qualified individuals, the project exceeded my expectations. Everyone was professional.

We are an Interior Design Firm that worked with your in house designer for the first time on this project. We purchased 4 TV’s, sound bar’s installation and a custom remote mounted unit for the living room, that took 4 mouth to make. Upon receiving the mounted unit, it did not work for this installation. Your team recommended another unit which we received off the shelf Immediately. There were other bumps along the way which were taking care of in a reasonable time.

The LG 65" TV is great, and we especially appreciated the installation. It is now hanging on the wall in the basement, and moves to face wherever we want it to face. The LG sound system is also great. The installers set it up for us and made sure we knew how to use it to watch what we want to.

Very happy with the sales, products, and installation crew for my new wifi and theater. The " Best" part is the 24 hour tech support for $180 per year. For that price they monitor my whole system and help even if it isn't their issue. Thanks Best Buy
