Instead purchased Protus blue tooth optical air for connecting directly to her hearing aids. Excellent!

Loses connection often

About once an evening the signal is lost and it takes some reconnecting activity to get it back = way too much trouble for old people! We'll be returning these to our local store, for sure!

Didn't work well for a hard-of hearing friend

Battery failure

I understand they are not expensive, but battery should have lasted longer. Battery is not replaceable. This the only brand that I have found will work with his TV. Bought a second set and bought the 2 year warranty this time for an additional $25. They worked fine, but get the warranty.

Could not get the head phones to work

Impossible to set up headphones

So sorry we bought them. Had previous SONY pair that were super simple to use but they do not work with NEW SONY TV we just got.
