    The box won't charge, so I can not listen through the headset. I've had to go through a different way to listen to my TV and bother family

    Unfortunately they cannot figure out how to charge the headphones and plan to return them. They are afraid that they will fry the headphones. The directions are not easy to follow.

    poor quality, I know it is cheap, but I expected more, I prefer the other brand INSIGNIA, since they did not have this one, I grabbed the one they had ... bad choice :-/

    It's OK, not the best sound quality but it works well. I got it for my mother whom has hearing aids and complains about still not understanding speech on TV. She keeps saying it doesn't help but then puts them and watches a movie and seems to understand it. Go figure. best thing about them is they allow separate volume control for head phone and TV volume.
