Opened package

Can't go to store or return before Easter due to having to stay at home. Thankfully it looks like all peices are there. The package was fine, but part of the cardboard package was even missing so you know it was like this when shipped. How do uppity explain to a small child why Easter bunny delivers damaged goods? Went to call but over 60 minute hold time. No way to contact to report damage on line. Really disappointed. Hopefully the rest of my order arrives present acceptable.
