    Used these to make copies of my 2.5 hr. home videos and worked great. Takes longer to format and copy due to 8.5gb, so just need patience. Make sure your DVD Writer is Dual Layer capable before purchasing.

    They worked great for putting long home movies on that had been sitting on my computer waiting to be put onto a disc for other family members to enjoy also. Haven't had a problem with any of them used so far.

    Memorex DVDs, while not the very best, are fine. But why the double-layer discs should cost so much more than the single-layer DVDs is baffling. Next time I need DVD+R DL discs, I think I might want to shop around for prices.

    switched to larger storage discs for dvd projects. The larger storage discs improve the quality of the videos. Wish I would have switched to them(known about them) sooner. Great buy
