Can not adjust radio when in alarm mode. Volumn to loud

I like the product due to the illumination of the clock

I wanted a clock radio that was easy to program so I could wake up to a pleasant radio station instead of a loud beep in my ear. This fit the bill and then some! I has very easy to read numbers to view the time and a dimmer, and is quite stylish looking. It looks great on my desk. I love that it charges a cell phone too and has a bonus cord that can plug into the in-line plug in the back so you can play an mp3 player through the speaker. This is awesome! The directions are simple and straightforward and I have no complaints whatsoever. Well worth the price and Memorex is a great brand!

This alarm is crazy! Starts out reasonable but goes loud very quickly. No way to adjust the volume. Will be looking for another model.

I was excited to get this clock, having previously had a similar model, however when I was setting it up, and setting the volume for the alarm, the lowest you can go on volume is a 15, where as with the radio, you can go to 0. At 15, the alarm is so loud, that it could've woken my neighbors up. Unfortunately, I will be returning this item.

I bought this radio for my girlfriend to place on her desk at work and so far we couldn't be happier with the product. Not only does the sound quality outperform my expectations, the unit is quite compact and the volume range is more than adequate. She doesn't use the alarm function at all so no complaints with regards to that. My only complaint, or wish rather, is to be able to play music via USB rather than that port simply functioning as a charging port. Either way it comes with a very short (less than 6 inches) 3.5 mm aux input which takes care of that. Overall, it was a great purchase as far as radio and music functionality is concerned. I cannot comment on the alarm volume issues that others have encountered but I certainly enjoy the unit for what we use it for.

The nap timer turns the radio on instead of letting you set a period of time before it comes on and wakes you up

It was a perfect idea, but alarm does not work! I later read reviews and most said this alarm clock is a dud, most said alarm doesn't work. Too much effort to return it, it charges my iPhone without problems and I use my phone as an alarm.

Great clock, with two USB ports. I like how I can charge my phone and listen to music with his clock. Also, one can change the brightness of the numbers, I love that feature! It has a built in radio which works just fine.

Alarm worked for approximately one week and then quit working.

After buying/returning 2 other clock radios (Sylvania & Radio Shack) over the past couple of days because they could not be set to awake to radio with a user-set radio volume, I found this one at Best Buy. It's handsome, has easy to program functions, good quality sound, and a radio that allows the user to control the volume when used as the awake-alarm. Now, if it only lasts.

Good clock overall. Like the USB ports, easy to use, simple to set up. However, the display is way to bright, even on the lowest setting. It made it difficult to sleep.
