Does exactly what you need an alarm clock for. No frills, just a radio and a way to charge your phone.

I wanted a small clock radio and this one seemed to fit the bill. I was disappointed when I actually plugged it in and tried to use it. I set the alarm to wake to radio, and was surprised that I was unable to lower the volume below a preset mark of 15. The radio volume went from 0-32 and a comfortable waking volume for me would be 9, so why is the lowest the alarm can be set at is 15? It was shockingly loud and thankfully I tested it on a weekend, not a week day when I get up at 4:45 am while my husband sleeps til 6:30 am. I had read all the reviews and I don't recall anyone mentioning this issue, maybe everyone else needs a loud alarm. This clock is being returned.

I purchased this to be used in an office space for some audio when the office is empty and to charge my iPhone 7. Gone are the days of the small desk radio until I found this.

I like it. It's compact, wakes me up. I can charge my phone and play my iPod...BUT after a few months the buttons erased and well, it's a little hard now tot set the time/alarm.

I had been looking for an alarm clock that would also charge my iPhone and iPad. I thought this was a great answer at a great price. However, after a little over a month, one of the USB ports no longer charged. I even tried 3 different USB cables, and none of them worked, but when I tried from a wall charger I had no problem. So the issue was definitely the port in the clock. I liked that there are 3 settings for brightness, I don't like a clock that is real bright. And the concept is a great idea, especially now that Apple has changed their charging cords with the new iPhone 5. However, I only used the 2nd USB port 4-5 times and it already has quit working. I will be taking this back to the store and hope that I can get a refund.

I bought this clock for 2 reasons. 1 I needed a clock and 2 I could use it to charge my phone at night while sleeping. If you are looking for a clock and phone charger I would recommend this product.

I bought Memorex alarm clock for my wife for Mother's Day. She needed two slots to charge her Iphone and Fitbit. This product is great for someone who needs a basic alarm clock with an extra charging slot.

the box this unit came in showed a picture of headphones yet there is no audio out on the unit to plug headphones in to nor do the instructions mention headphones. a little surprised that nothing was mentioned about this in all the reviews. that is the sole reason I chose this product. Disappointed.

Thought I'd finally found what I was looking for. Then I saw the warranty period. Any company which only guarantees a product for 90 days is really saying something important. I will continue looking.

Nothing intuitive about the way you set it, instructions weak, and if reliability is what you want in an alarm clock this isn't a good choice. Memorex has by the book customer service. Good at quoting the warranty language, not so good at solving problems.

I am returning this alarm clock. The volume for the alarm radio can not go below 15, which is way way too loud! I have never had a clock with a minimum. In a small bedroom, this is just ridiculously loud. Also, the display of the numbers is very tall thin thight lines making it hard to read at times, especially across the room.
