I liked the 1st MiB, but it wasn't anything to write home about, can barely even remember it and don't really care. But now I think I will have to go back and add it to my collection because of this movie. I was NOT planning on seeing this movie anytime soon, and it wasn't bothering me in the slightest, a friend demanded I watch it and insisted it was really good...I then recall a review I read on rotten tomatoes that seeing Josh Brolin impersonate a young Tommy Lee Jones was enough for the price of admission....and let me tell you, that is EXACTLY it, you will sit DUMBFOUNDED watching Josh speak EXACTLY like Tommy, guestures, facial expressions, it's really something, and Tommy is a friggin unique statuesque like guy...Will couldn't even impersonate his voice without adding too much of a western/country drawl. long story short...too late...you HAVE to see it. other points...LOVED the villian, VERY unique and intriguing but not TOO over the top...if that's possible in a 2013 made for 3D alien movie with 2 A-list actors. Do yourself a favor and replace the horrid memory of the stupidity of MiB2 with this gem, and have a great time. God Josh Brolin, you kinda made me fall in love... Oh, and if your a fan of Mass Effect...there is a treat in there for you. 1 of many small treats and chuckle moments. Definitely a winner, I'm returning this copy for the 3D version though, I want the full monty!

After the mediocre second film, I wasn't terribly enthusiastic about watching another Men in Black film, but was pleasantly surprised. The time travel premise works especially with Josh Brolin's dead-on Tommy Lee Jones impersonation. More surprising, there is actually a worthwhile point at the end. My biggest complaint is that, by virtue of the plot, Jones doesn't get much screen time. The audio/video presentation on the blu-ray is quite solid. The 3D is not up to par with the best conversions, Titanic and The Avengers, but is well done and mostly avoids the awful cardboard cut-out look that plagues many conversions.

I saw this in the theatre and loved it. It was much, much better than the very disappointing MIB2. It has a great time travel plot that blends together a lot of info from the original MIB and takes us back to the 60's. In fact this movie makes much more sense if you have seen the first one. We invited the family up for a backyard movie night and about five minutes in everyone wanted to see the first one before we continued. This is not too long, has some great lines, some original plot twists and villains. Overall very good. I like 3D and the 3D in this was quite good; especially the falling scenes. Josh Brolin does a fantastic job as a young Tommy Lee Jones.

A good movie in the franchise - better than part 2 and on par with the first movie. The story is fun involving time travel which is always a fun plot device for movies. You even find out key story elements of the characters and in some ways is a prequel and a sequel all at once. the 3D is good and is worth the purchase for those with 3D setups. I recommend this movie as well as the 3D version, there are even 3D special features which is almost unheard of. Get this in 3D if you have the right setup.

Admittedly, this might be the weakest overall of the MIB series... but some strong character development with newly revealed unknown secrets helps with that... and I always like Alice Eve! This version also comes in a snazzy Best Buy Exclusive steelbook packaging which is too hard to pass up. This movie isn't a good jumping on point, nor is it ideal if you didn't like the earlier movies in the series... but if you're a fan I think you'll be more entertained than you are disappointed by a good margin.

It's always great to have the original characters come back in the sequels. However, the humorous chemistry between agents seemed to be lacking in the script. Computer graphics were great. Nothing in the movie that I would be hesitant about taking older children to see it. Some scenes could be disturbing to younger children (resulting in "monsters under the bed"). No foul language or nudity which is a nice change.

Really cool looking steelbook. The inside art work is great. The movie is probably the second best film of the trillogy. Fun movie, Will Smith and Josh Brolin work really well together to make this a good movie. The blu ray transfer is fantastic and the audio is top notch.

And oh my, did Josh Brolin nail it! Loved the insights it gave us into their histories. No spoilers, it was just very cool. Of course, this is the third one - so we expect certain things and there is no way it will be as fresh as the first one. But I was delighted with the movie and recommend it.

Overall I enjoyed this movie.The plot for the third installation was great actually better than second. Josh Brolin was spot on with the younger agent K. I highly recommend MIB fans to watch, it is entertaining, no award winner but entertaining and the 3d was better than expected.

Great addition here of Brolin. He plays a great young K. The blu-ray looks fantastic. You might want to upgrade to the steelbook which looks great. The plot of this movie is excellent, much better than II, and I dare say we will see a 4th movie

This film gave me a sense of closure that I longed for since watching the first two movies many years ago as a teen. Great film for those who want a good laugh packed with plenty of alien action and even a little bit of drama. Recommended!

i thought this movie was really good! on blu ray it looks spectacular! i liked this better than the second for sure. surprised the movie came out so well. i wasnt expecting much from this film series but this one surprised me. i enjoyed it a lot.

I was a fan of the first MIB and second one was okay, while this movie was certainly different from other two. But I did not want to purchase it till I saw a deal, so that would be the takeaway from this review.

You get the 3d and 2d discs here, along with the DVD. This pack is worth the upgrade, the 3D is very good for this film. Saw this in theater with Real3D, and the 3D blu-ray does not disappoint. Sony has released an excellence disc here.

Tommy Lee was missing from this movie but i became a fan of Brolin! I like the backstory but the story itself, could have been better. The plot is adequate but the story could have soared with a rewrite.

I really enjoyed the movie, I thinkd that Josh Brolin done a great job doing the young version of Tommy Lee Jones characher. If they do do any more with the series, this was a good ending.

After the disappointment of MIB 2, I wasn't expecting much. This was a pleasant surprise and provides some real emotional moments, A fitting finale to the trilogy.

This is the best Men In Black ever Josh Brolin is so funny a great actor...He sounds like Tommy Lee Jones...This film put's you on the edge of your seat for the action scenes...And it's funny also...

Pleasantly nice plot, unlike typical sequels. Josh Brolin was spot on as the younger K, keeping with the mannerisms developed by Tommy Lee Jones in previous movies.

Was kind of iffy on the whole another Men in Black film since the second one was sub par, but surprisingly I really enjoyed this! Very entertaining and fun to watch. Great special effects too!
