I’ve been using for a couple weeks now and can feel the difference in my body! So many different things you can do with this too. I added weights etc to my routine and feel more results than other workout equipment I have tried.

Cant go a day without using it. From exercise and mobility, relief from walking all day, stress, upset stomach. The benefits are more than what is advertised!

Works great and the price was nice. Only foreseeable issue would be that it only has a remote and can’t be turned operated by the plate itself.
