I do not know how to retrieve it. This has been frustrating. I paid 50.00 for this gift card for my grandaughters bday. It’s two weeks past her birthday!

The code provided on email can be redeemed on the Meta Quest mobile app on the desired account by going to the menu, followed by selecting wallet and add a gift card by pressing the "+" button on the top right of the app.

I think it is not right once you buy the digital gift card there is no way to return it or get your money back. I returned the game system and was told I could return the gift card but was unable to do so.

Can't get funds from digital Meta Quest card

But I should have received a physical card because you can't access the gift card in any way and there is no code on the receipt or received by email. I have a receipt showing payment, but even going into the store, the staff couldn't get access to the funds. And they can't return it either. Will never buy this way again as it was too disappointing for a 15 year old kid not to get his present.

We understand that you are having some issues with using adding your Meta Quest gift card to your device. Please take a look at the steps outlined below to add the card to your account.
-Open the Meta Horizon mobile app on your phone.
-Tap at the top of your Horizon Feed.
-Scroll down to Payment and subscriptions, then tap Redeem store code.
-Enter the code and tap Submit.
Additionally, we would like to let you know that the Meta Quest card only works with the currency that is on the card, so if the card is in American dollars it will only work in America.
