I love this film ! Great from beginning to end. Not much of a story, but the visuals and sound is what you're really paying for

I'd recommend this Blu-ray. Decent story and all relative to the music. This is a must own for anyone who listens to Metallica

Great live show with a movie built around it. The set list is fantastic. Covers all eras of their career.

Great concert movie, All the things you loved about Metallica concerts over the years are all put together in one concert.

Did not know what to expect from this,but glad I picked it up. Is better then there Live and Loud. Just not as many songs.

I thought it was a great 3D concept when I saw it in the theater. After purchasing the bluray and seeing all the effort and time that went into the making of the movie, more kudos to Metallica

The film is only available in 3D, there's no complementary standard Bluray or DVD. The digital code is also no longer redeemable. Unless you have a 3D player and 3D TV get another format. Film itself is basically a long music video. The concert parts are fantastic! The "story" parts are well shot and executed but feel uninspired and aren't that interesting. Not something I would really rewatch.

The story line and plot is different however it was easy to follow and fun listening to the music concert.

the music is great...you don't hafta be a Metallica fan to appreciate. recording is of reference quality.

If you are a Metallica fan, you will love this movie/concert. The quality of the bluray is outstanding!

Just a heads up, as I mentioned to the BB CS rep when returning the video, that the text description of the video does not mention that this is only 3D compatible. The 1 star is based on the BB web site information, not on the video content. Hoping to save other folks from the same mistake and having to return the product as there is no "3D" listed in the product description, only visible on the video cover screen capture. I will repurchase the video w/o 3D.

Great movie and a must for any Metallica fan. Convert footage is to notch and so is the sound quality.

Metallica's "Through the Never" is an ear- and eye-popping journey that can only be fully experienced on blu-ray. Metallica has never looked and sounded better!
