It's Metallica what else can you say..Awesome camera work

Great concert of m etallica. Needs more movie added though.

It was just OK ..... I think I just have seen a lot of Metallica shows and just cant do a concert and a movie. Just saying

Weak story but good concert footage. The sound and cinematography are above average.

First my four star rating is because for the price the 2D bluray could have been included and the bass could be a bit louder. Now, the awesome, and why it's worth the price. I saw this in IMAX and the disc gave the same eye popping and jaw dropping picture quality. I watch a lot of IMAX and this is by far one of the best IMAX and IMAX to disc movies I've seen. The movie itself gets you on the stage, you can imagine being that close. I was very skeptical about the story. I was impressed by it in that it kept my guessing and still does, I haven't watched the extras and kinda don't want the story explained. I think all Metallica fans will enjoy the movie if for nothing more than great concert footage and the end credits. If you don't know the band and are curious, it's a good way to experience the band for the first time.

As a person with eclectic .music and film taste, I found this to be a very I teresting concept for a concert film

I saw this movie 3 times in the theater. I also bought several copies as gifts for people. Obviously MetallicA rules but this movie is so much more then just a concert film. It's like your on stange and the 3D work isn't corny it's really a depth thing will show off your set up big time. The story is a real trip and the biggest baddest stage show ever done seriously 48 trucks worth of equipment or something. Just buy it now!

If you are a fan of Metallica, you'll love this! Its mainly a live concert with amazing sound, lighting, and pyrotechnics. There is a little plot to it, a roadie is sent out to grab something for the band from a truck that has broken down and some songs are played on his conquest through anarchy. A must for any metal head.

From the moment this movie started in Imax to the last minute it ended in my Blu-Ray player I was blown away by the sound, visual and graphical experience. Love devery minute of it!!!!

This is such a great movie. Great camera work. And now they are nominated for a Grammy for this movie....says it all. A+++
