Ever received it. Best Buy has the status as “ Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.”. Not sure why that is. Called Best Buy for a refund and still waiting for that too.

Return policy is ridiculous

The product didn’t fit my device. Your policy for only 15 day returns is ridiculous. As a working parent it is hard to conduct returns. You should really give a minimum of 30 days for returns to ALL customers not just for some member thing you make ppl pay for. This is really why I would choose Amazon next time.
